What items are returnable?

  • As a part of our Money Back Guarantee, we accept returns of our PRIMAL RANGE items within 120 days of delivery.
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging and same condition that you received it.
  • Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • If 120 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Free returns offer not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU, VI.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • PRIMAL RANGE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PRIMAL RANGE will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
What items are non-refundable?
  • Free/promotional items
Are there any charges for return?
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How do I initiate a return?
  • Enter your order number and email address in the Contact Us page
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
  • Once we receive and inspect your order, it will take 4-5 business days to process the refund back into your account.

Chargebacks/Disputes

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.  Thank you for shopping with us!
